Remote-First Culture

Where you work

This is up to you. Several of our teammates work in the mountains, lakeside, and by beaches on occasion. You determine with your team how you can bring your best self to work.

Transparent, asynchronous communication

We make it possible for people to respond and act on their own schedules. It allows for everyone to be proactive instead of reactive.

Unlimited Paid Time Off

You can prioritize your personal health, family, and other events when needed. We share work plans and goals to support each other and hold each other accountable, rather than keeping track of your exact work hours in a given day.

1:1 Check-ins

Regular 1:1 check-ins with your team and leadership.

Traffic Light Check-In

For team stand-ups or meetings we have implemented this check-in exercise. Without asking for personal details, we share our color for the day (Green, Yellow, Red) so we can find out how our teammates are doing and understand how we can help them feel safe and included.

Weekly team check-ins

We want to foster an environment of collaboration and empathy for each other to ensure we're all seen, valued, and heard.

All-company in-person meetings

(keeping employee safety in mind first and foremost) - we're planning at least 2x/year to meet in person and connect.
