This year we launched interviewIA to focus on building an Inclusive Future of Work for everyone. A true vision for inclusion and equity will build stronger companies, employ more people of all backgrounds who’s abilities will create more products, create less socioeconomic separation, and create a more sustainable society globally.

Our mission to redefine hiring goes much further than simply getting people hired. Building more inclusive and higher performing teams is a core necessity for building stronger communities and creating more opportunity for everyone in the world.

We find ourselves in a unique point in history with a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to emerge stronger and better as people, as organizations, as a country, and as a world. Our passion is helping all people find work that is meaningful to them. We genuinely believe that all people do their best work when it aligns with their values, passions, and beliefs.

At interviewIA, our sole mission is to do work that centers around people, all people, and we understand that this belief doesn’t come without sacrifice. We own solving this problem and we don’t compromise. We are committed to Impact, Team, and Belief in a better world.

WHY BLACK LIVES MATTER

Our Black and brown-skinned fathers, mothers, brothers, sisters, and children are dehumanized in American culture.

Dehumanization: the process of depriving a person or group of positive human qualities

This goes beyond the civil liberties that we all expect. We have been shaken to the core with the deaths of too many Black people. We must stand for a more inclusive world, a more equitable world, a world where we will one day be able to proudly say that All Lives Truly Matter. We work arm-in-arm with all of those who are fighting for this change. We focus on educating those whose blindness prevents them from joining the fight. All of us at interviewIA are working to build the change that we want to see in the world.

We support all who are committed to creating a future built on justice for underrepresented people. The list of names that George Floyd, Breonna Taylor, Ahmaud Arbery, and Elijah McClain has been added to will never end if we don’t begin this change today. We have to use this moment to accelerate our nation’s long journey towards justice and a more perfect union.
